Making Unagi Rice Bowl

"I am wondering how does one make/cook unagi for the dish of unagi don..." Suggestions?

To make unagi don, you need about a cup or two of sushi rice with all the works, meaning it has to have sugar salt rice wine vinegar, and you must have the freshwater eel, so a fillet of unagi, plus the rice, and ontop of the rice you add a freshwater eel sauce called kabayaki to it, now you have unagi don!
