Champon Recipe Needed

"It's been thirty+ years since I've been in Japan, but one dish that I still remember is called "Champon". I went to a Chinese restaurant in Fukuoka, Japan, called Liu HO. I thought that it was great! Anyone have a recipe for that?" Suggestions?
