Pink Rice Cakes for Japanese Girl's Day

Japanese Girls Day - Sakura moxhi As the name indicates, sakura-mochi is a sweet pink rice cake wrapped by a seasoned sakura (cherry blossom) leaf. Sakura-mochi is eaten on March 3rd, Japanese Girl's Day.
