It's Edamame Season

edamame appetizer Edamame are green soy beans harvested while they are attached in branches. They are nutritious vegetables which contain proteins, vitamins A, vitamins C, vitamins B1, vitamins B2, calciums, and more. Boiled and salted edamame is a popular appetizer in summer. Also, boiled and shelled edamame can be added in various dishes.
