Japanese Natto

natto Do you know what natto is? Natto is made from fermented soybeans and is popularly eaten in Japan. The most common way to eat natto is to eat with steamed rice after stirring well with soy sauce. Frozen natto is often sold at Asian supermarkets. Try eating natto, mixing with lots of toppings.
