Japanese Jonamagashi

A member of Japanese food forum is looking for a place to buy Japanese sweets. "A friend of mine originally from Kyoto introduced me to lovely Japanese confections called Jo Namagashi. We found them at Minamoto Kitchoan in New York City. I loved them and every time I visited NY, I would always purchase some... My last visit to New York a few weeks ago, I was very disappointed to find Minamoto Kitchoan no longer sells Jo Namagashi. Can someone please tell me where these delicious items can be purchased via the Internet, or... if there is a way to make some simple pieces of Jo Namagashi?"
