Japanese Recipe of the Week: Corn Sushi

Do you remember the basic steps for making Gunkan-maki (battleship sushi)? It's fun to arrange a vatiety of toppings for gunkan-maki. Canned whole kernel corn makes a good topping, and kids love this sushi. It might be a good choice for those who don't care for fish as well.
