Japanese Recipe of the Week: Nyumen

Nyumen Do you like somen? Somen are thin Japanese noodles made of wheat flour. Usually, somen noodles are served cold, but somen noodles served in hot soup are called nyumen and are delicious as well. This is a simple nyumen recipe. Add more vegetables or meats if you would like.
