Making Brown Bag Sushi

Making Inarizushi Do you know inarizushi? Inarizushi is known as brown bag sushi. Sushi rice is packed in seasoned aburaage (fried tofu) pouches, and they are often put in a lunch box. You can mix various ingredients in sushi rice to make colorful inarizushi. Here are basic steps for making inarizushi.
