Japanese Recipe of the Week: Horenso no Ohitashi

horenso no ohitashi It's a traditional Japanese spinach dish. Ohitashi means soaking in Japanese, and various leaf vegetables are simply boiled and seasoned with soy sauce and dashi. It's a great side to be served in a Japanese-style meal.
