An-doughnuts Recipes Wanted

Do you know what an-doughnuts are? There is a post in Japanese Food Forum about an-doughnuts. "My husband and I went to Japan to visit my son and daughter-in-law who were stationed in Osaka, Japan. We traveled to an old city which had a large carnival-type shopping area in front of a temple where my daughter-in-law and I have fallen in love with the An-doughnuts... If anyone has any information about the anko doughnut, or better yet, the recipe, please let me know..."
