Sweet Kintoki Beans

Wednesday August 27, 2008
sweet kintoki beans If you are familar with Japanese cuisine well, you might have noticed that there are many kinds of sweet bean dishes. Like anko and kuromame, beans are often slow-simmered with sugar in Japan. It takes some time to simmer beans, but there is nothing difficult to do. Sweet Kintoki beans can be served at tea time, and we can't just stop eating.
