Japanese Recipe of the Week: Japanese-style Daikon Salad

daikon salad Daikon (large white radish) is one of daily use vegetables in Japan. Miso soup with daikon is my favorite. It's also common to eat daikon raw, such as grated daikon (daikon oroshi). How about making a daikon salad? Onion flavored salad dressing goes with this salad.
