Non-anko Yokan Recipe Wanted

Yokan is a traditional Japanese jelly which is commonly made with azuki beans. I was wondering if you have made different flavored youkan. Here is a post in Japanese Food Forum. "I've played with youkan recipes before, making honey and chamomile flavor, and I'm about to attempt raspberry. It would be nice to have a proper recipe for non-anko youkan...."
