Monday September 8, 2008
Kenchinjiru It's a Japanese clear soup with sauteed vegetables and tofu. Not many seasonings are added, so flavors of all the ingredients make delicious soup. Various mushrooms, konnyaku, and taro potatoes are popular ingredients too. Containing lots of ingredients, kinchinjiru is more than just soup.
