Japanese Recipe of the Week: Tebasaki

Monday September 22, 2008
Tebasaki Chicken Wings Tebasaki are deep-fried chicken wings, and these are speciality foods in Nagoya region. After deep-fried, chicken wings are coated with delicious sauce. It's a great appetizer to go with beer and makes a nice party finger food. Split tebasaki at joint before you eat.
