How to Cook Shogayaki

Shogayaki are ginger flavored fried meats, and the most popular shogayaki dish is made with pork. Pork slices are marinated in ginger sauce to tenderize and to add great flavors which enhances the appetite. Shogayaki can be served with shredded cabbage and steamed rice.
