satumaimo amani Satsumaimo potatoes are often used to make sweets and snacks, such as yakiimo (grilled satsumaimo), satsumaimo cakes, daigakuimo, and more. When you want to make a side dish with satsumaimo, satsumaimo amani is an easy one. It's a traditional Japanese dish seasoned with sugar and soy sauce.
