Matsutake Mushroom Season

Friday October 3, 2008
matsutake Matsutake is a Japanese autumn delicacy. The great aroma of matsutake is said to be the best among many mushrooms. The most popular matsutake dish is matsutake gohan (seasoned rice) in Japan. Also, it's good to make tempura or to cook sukiyaki with matsutake mushrooms.
