Japanese Recipe of the Week: Teriyaki Pork Rolls with Okra

Thin slices of meat are often rolled with various fillings in Japanese cooking. This is a pork roll with okra filling. I seasoned fried pork rolls with soy sauce and mirin at last. It makes a great appetizer and a side dish for lunch box.
