Gyudon - Beef Bowl

Wednesday October 29, 2008
beef bowl Gyudon is a delicious rice bowl with simmered beef. It's popular as an inexpensive and quick meal at Japanese gyudon chain restaurants, such as Yoshinoya. Simmer beef slices with onion in soy sauce-based sweet broth and serve over hot steamed rice. Common toppings for gyudon are benishoga and raw eggs.
