Tofu Dengaku

Grilled tofu with sweet miso sauce is called tofu dengaku. It's usually skewered on bamboo sticks and is a popular item in Izakaya (Japanese-style restaurants). I like the sweet miso sauce which can be used on grilled eggplants, or many other dishes.
