Wednesday November 5, 2008
fried oyster Do you like oysters? Oysters are in season in Japan now. When the weather is getting cold, I crave "kaki fry", which are deep-fried oysters. It's a popular lunch and dinner menu in fall and winter. I usually serve kaki fry with lots of shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce on the side.
