Homemade Aburaage?

A member of Japanese Food Forum is trying to make aburaage at home and needs your help. "I've tried to fry up my own aburaage (for inarizushi) but have not been able to make mine resemble the light puffy aburaage that can be purchased. Mine is blocky and more rigid.
