Iron Chef is a Japanese cooking show aired in Japan from Oct. 1993 to Oct. 1999. If you have missed the show in the past, Iron Chef Japan is airing in the U.S. on the Fine Living Network.

We have hosted Japanese students over the last few years and they told us it was a few years old but they loved wathing it.
