Zosui is Japanese rice soup, and there is a wide variety of zosui. Tori zosui uses chicken, and it's the most common kind. Steamed rice is simmered in dashi soup with various ingredients, such as vegetables, meat, or seafood. Make this comfort food for a cold day.
