Sushi Cake for a Dinner Party

Here is a piece of colorful sushi look like a cake. I make it using a round cake pan. It's not difficult to make, and you can use your favorite ingredients. I used smoked salmon, but boiled shrimp is a good alternative. Have fun making sushi cake.
