Abekawa Mochi

abekawa mochi Since New Year holidays, I have been eating lots of mochi. Abekawa mochi is one of my favorites and is really easy to make. Grilled mochi are simply covered with kinako (soybean powder). If you have some mochi at home, try this recipe.
