Japanese Recipe of the Week: Steamed Cabbage and Pork

Layered pork and cabbage are simply steamed with sake, so it's really easy to make this dish. The sweetness of cabbage and the rich flavor of pork is a good combination. Pour some ponzu sauce before serving.
