A member of our forum shares a chicken recipe and writes, "Back in the '70s the Japanese wife of an American soldier stationed at Ft Benning, GA at the time won the National Chicken Cooking Contest with this recipe: Oba-Chan's Chicken. She explained that it was her grandmother's chicken recipe... The recipe is one of the best chicken recipes I have ever seen and it quickly became one of our favorites."
