Cooking Gobo

A member of our forum wants to make a gobo dish and asks, "Is there such a dish as kurumiae gobo? I've googled this in different variations and found that kurumiae is always made with spinach. I've had a gobo dish in the past that I believe is made this way but I can't seem to find a recipe. I've thought of just substituting the spinach with gobo but I have no idea how to prep gobo..."
