Japanese Mothers' Dishes

Mother's Day in Japan is celebrated on the second Sunday of May. Japanese mothers' recipes are called "ofukuro (mother) no aji (taste)" in Japanese. They are common Japanese home food, such as nimono (simmered vegetables).
