Japanese Recipe of the Week: Dorayaki

Japanese dorayaki Dorayaki is a traditional Japanese cake with anko filling. It's said that dorayaki is named after its shape which resembles dora (gong). If you ever heard the Japanese animation, Doraemon, dorayaki is known as Doraemon's favorite food.
