Have you had Japanese Kyoto-style dishes? A user of our forum writes, "I frequent this Japanese restaurant where they serve mainly traditional Kyoto style food. There is one dish in particular that I love, but I am not sure of the name or what is in it. All I know that it is like a mash potato or taro ball submerged in a clear broth. I love it and I just was wondering it's name so that I can get a recipe for it."
