Japanese Recipe of the Week: Chicken Stuffed Squid

When fresh squid is available, I like simmering it in soy sauce based soup. If I have a little extra time to cook, I make some filling and stuff prepared squid with it. Stuffed squid is a great addition to a Japanese-style meal. This recipe uses chicken for the filling.
