Friday July 24, 2009
kushiage Kushiage or kushikatsu are Japanese deep-fried skewers. They are great appetizers go with cold beer. Kushikatsu are easy to eat and can be great party food too. I make kushiage with pork fillet and onion and serve tonkatsu sauce and karashi mustard on the side.
