Japanese Shaved Ice

Japanese shaved ice is called kakigori. If you have a home shaved ice machine, kakigori is a great summer treat for both adults and kids. There are a variety of kakigori flavors, and this ujikintoki flavor is my favorite kind. It's flavored with green tea syrup, anko (sweet azuki beans), and condensed milk.
