New Forum Topic: Cooking Fish with Nanami Togarashi

Wednesday August 26, 2009
Do you cook with Japanese nanami (shichimi) togarashi? Here is a post in our forum. "I recently bought some Nanami Togarashi at our local Japanese market, and I'm dying to cook some fish with it - but just putting the spice on a fish seems lazy. Also, I'm not sure what kind of fish would have a good flavour with it, since the nanami togarashi has the sweetness of the orange peels in it. What would be a good fish recipe to use it in - and what kind of sides would be good accompaniments?" Do you have any suggestion?
