Amaebi Nigiri-zushi

Definition: Amaebi is sweet shrimp. Ama means sweet and ebi means shrimp in Japanese. Amaebi is known as a nigirizushi topping. Amaebi are also served as sashimi. Shells are removed, leaving tails. Dip amaebi in soy sauce to eat.
