Definition: Natto is fermented soybeans which has strong smell and taste. It's commonly eaten for breakfast in Japan. It can be cooked but is usually eaten uncooked. Natto is usually sold in individual

1. Put natto in a small bowl.
2. Pour the sauce included in the natto package or desired amount of soy sauce over natto.
3. Add toppings, such as chopped green onion, karashi mustard, and so on, if you would like.
4. Stir well.
5. Put seasoned natto on hot steamed rice and eat with rice.
