INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Put the dried sardines in a frying pan and fry well.
Put sugar, soysauce, and mirin in a pan and put on high heat.
When the sugar mixture is thickened, add the dried sardines.
Stop the heat and stir well.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds.
Cool it before serving.
