Prepare Sushi Rice.

Nigiri-zushi (hand-pressed sushi) and maki-zushi (sushi rolls) can be served at a sushi party. But having your guests make their own sushi would be fun. Hand-rolled sushi is called temakizushi. Guests roll their own sushi, choosing fillings. Let's plan a temakizushi party. It's easy to prepare for it. Start from cooking sushi rice. Sushi Rice Recipe.
When sushi rice is ready, serve it on a large bowl or a large plate. Put a spatula on the side so that guests can scoop the rice.
