Marinated beef slices are pan-fried with onion slices.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb thinly sliced beef loin, cut into 2 inch lengths
- 2 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp grated apple
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
Mix grated apple, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Marinate beef in the sauce for about 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on high heat and fry onion slices until almost softened. Add marinated beef and fry until cooked through. Adjust the flavor with some soy sauce.
