- 3/4 lb. beef round
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 3 inches daikon radish, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 4 shiso leaves, cut into thin strips and soaked in water
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- *For dressing:
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
