Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 8 white musrooms / shiitake mushrooms
- 1 small block of boiled bamboo shoot
- 1 small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 red pepper
- salt and pepper to season
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Cut chicken into thin stripps. Slice bamboo shoot and mushrooms. Chop ginger and red pepper finely. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle flour over the chicken stripps. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add ginger and red pepper. Add chicken in the pan and fry. Add bamboo and mushroom slices in the pan and stir-fry them. Pour soy sauce and mirin over the ingredients and stir quickly.*Makes 4 servings
