Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
Dissolve gelatin powder in 4 tbsp of water. Peel grapefruits and cut them between the membranes, keeping the juice in a bowl. Boil 3/4 cup of water in a pan. Dissolve sugar and honey in the water. Add gelatin in the pan and stir well. When the liquid is cooled off, add 2 tbsps of grapefruit juice and stir well. Pour the liquid into four cups and arrange grapefruit pieces on the surface. Cool them in the refrigerater.*Makes 4 servings
