Grapefruit Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Preparation:

Dissolve gelatin powder in 4 tbsp of water. Peel grapefruits and cut them between the membranes, keeping the juice in a bowl. Boil 3/4 cup of water in a pan. Dissolve sugar and honey in the water. Add gelatin in the pan and stir well. When the liquid is cooled off, add 2 tbsps of grapefruit juice and stir well. Pour the liquid into four cups and arrange grapefruit pieces on the surface. Cool them in the refrigerater.
*Makes 4 servings
