Mix hot water and green tea powder together and set aside.
Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe
  1. Mix green tea powder in hot water.
  2. Mix egg yolks and sugar.
  3. Add milk.
  4. Heat the mixture on low heat.
  5. Cool the mixture.
  6. Add green tea in the mixture.
  7. Add whipped cream.
  8. Freeze the mixture.
  9. Done
