Are you a fan of salad dressings served in Japanese restaurants? Basically, Japanese-style salad dressings are made of soy sauce, vinegar, and vegetable oil/sesame oil. To arrange the flavor, other ingredients, such as grated onion, carrots, apples, ginger, and sesame are added. Adding wasabi also makes a good dressing.
