Bean sprouts are stir-fried with marinated pork.
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced pork, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb bean sprouts, washed
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cored and julienned
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cored and julienned
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to season
- for marinade
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Preparation:
- Put pork in a bowl and season with soy sauce, sake, and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok on high heat.
- Fry the pork until changes color.
- Add green and red bell peppers.
- Further, add bean sprouts and quickly stir-fry.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
