It's an easy to make appetizer.
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 pieces bacon
- 12-16 fresh asparagus
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
Boil asparagus lightly and drain well. Cut them into about 2 inch lengths. Place a couple asparagus on a bacon piece and roll the bacon around the asparagus. Secure the roll with a toothpick. Repeat the process to make more rolls. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Saute bacon rolls in the pan on medium heat until lightly browned. Pour soy sauce over the rolls and stop the heat.
